It's always been a choice.

Its a really cool cabin right off of Lake Winnisquam (a large/popular lake in NH).

You are limited to small counties or less popular cities on the middle of nowhere. 

Websites like Architectural Designs, Houseplans.com, and The House Designers are popular choices among real estate investors and builders.

Not quite as big and doesn't have the outlets, but it does have Loon which is arguably the premier mountain in NH and some very popular hiking trails.
