Currently, I'm working on my fix-and-flip project, diving into renovation and value-building with excitement and dedication.

In the future, make sure you and your GC have a schedule for each phase before the project begins.

It is not that you always have to agree with them (just like politics, I know people on both aisles and I do not agree with them but I also do not chastise them).
