Yes you can post listings from different areas into OneKey and they will still show up on public sites like Zillow/Realtor/etc.

Owners mistakenly ASSUME all PMCs offer the exact SAME SERVICES and PERFORM those services EXACTLY THE SAME WAY, so price is the only differentiator – so, they often select the first PMC they call or that calls them back!

I think this stuff needs to be redesigned or pulled from the market if this is how it is (not) performing.

You cash flow with $50k homes with strong management with strong planning and you will make a lot more money then waiting for a guest to give you a ****** rating on STR sites.

I’m not sharing it to criticize the site owner, but rather to highlight how small mistakes can cost you money when advertising on Google.

They're paid by the job and if their performance ever decreases (which can happen - they're great for a time and eventually for whatever reason their quality, timeliness, etc declines) then it's easier to phase them out & replace them with a different crew.
