They must sign the form.The IRS offers an online tool that lets you check if the tax ID the contractor gave you matches the IRS records.

The cleaning company I use started offering hot tub service about a year after I got the salt water tub and I took them up on it.

Large sponsors have multiple offerings open at a time so investors can choose a property type that fits their goals.

I'm just hoping someone with actual knowledge of it can provide some information that offers an alternate explanation.
