This is one of those part science, part philosophy questions.

The only issue is that the area that I am searching in doesn't really have any modern buildings which area along the lines that I am interested in, so I am not worried about paying more because I know that there will be a demand for newer buildings.

This is due to not only the general trends happening everywhere, but also General Dynamics, Orbital Sciences, Voya Financial, Intel, Walgreens, Wells Fargo, and other large corporations have been making huge investments in Chandler recently.
