That's a different mentality altogether.

This agent doesn't seem to have the hustle mentality (which is common), so find someone that does. 

Each state is different, and many brokerages also have their own guide lines, so consult with your broker before you spend a dime and before you spend any more mental energy brainstorming the perfect name.

We filter for those with savers mentality (via conversations, and bank balance) who are permanent renters. 

Coming from California, I can see why "closer to the beach is better" may be your mentality.

I've Got an old school mentality.

It makes a big difference in the "mindset" of who you'll be hiring. 1) Virtual Assistant: Part-time mentality, more than likely have other clients, so they won't take the time to learn your business. 

We have kids with severe handicaps, mental illness, terminal illness, etc. some of our teens have died.
