Imagine having 100 houses spread out all over an area.

My question is, if I can read most of the information given at sessions, and network with people in my region, or social media, what is the benefit of taking 3-4 days off work and spending a couple grand (entrance, flight, food, lodging)? 

I see a lot of folks mentioning on social media (more Facebook than here) that they wish someone would let them intern for free as a cohost.

Include website links, social media handles, or other online profiles so that people can find you.

My business partner is super cute,  8 lbs furry, likes bird watching - she's about to become a social media influencer :) 

I have found this way more effective than mass media advertising which tended to get me either nothing, tire kickers, or unqualified candidates. 

Developing connections with regional authorities can yield helpful information, recommendations, and market insights.Participate on Social Media: On sites like Twitter, Instagram, and YouTube, follow influencers, real estate investors, and professionals in the field.

I don't know where you are based, but make sure there is enough spread for it to be worth it to an investor.

The issue is there are too many of these “gurus” on social media that are preaching S8 to everyone and how great it is.
