It is perception and is highly manipulated by the media.

Journalists are in the business of SELLING NEWS.I have a friend that used to work higher up in a news broadcasting company and you could take a news story and be manipulated or positioned 100's of ways depending on how the network wanted to position it to be received by the public.China has about 1.4 BILLION plus people yet infection is only showing about 80,000 cases.

Here is my 6 year plan: ill spare you all the in-depth speech and please add too or poke holes:While I am in Germany (3 years):Build capital while educating myself and doing small investments in the stock market and paying off debt.

Best advise I could give you is to do some in depth research on the marker you plan on buying and once the air clears from what's going on start building your portfolio.

People can and do purchase commercial real estate that have been studying and analyzing the market, but I would say the majority of people need the support and the in depth knowledge to feel peace of mind about their purchase.I work alongside my dad who has 30+ years experience in the field and see this knowledge piece as invaluable to customers looking to buy/sell.

When you provide more windows it visually makes the interior space feel bigger because your depth perception goes to the outside.

Things like doing paint before replacing the flooring you should learn (so you don't have to worry about covering the floor), but may not focus really in-depth like how many stairs / vertical rise before a handrail is needed.
