INSTEAD we ended up spending HOURS on the phone with EVOLVE over multiple failures to deliver, incidents with destructive rowdy underaged guests, and now EXTORTED FEES for cutting bait.

The centralized management does cut returns. 

Dirt road wont cut it.. you will need at the very least gravel and depending on soil type you may need to put down big rock first like 3 inch then build a base of 1 inch minus on top of it so you dont sink. 

If not, then it's under the tile.The only way to deal with the walls is to cut them open, dry them out, disinfect them, and then rebuild.

Are you an aviation engineer and your company just lost its next contract.Do you work in an assembly line making wash machines and they outsource to China.Are you a concrete worker and get laid off since construction has cut back.On this forum the question is how is your REI moving forward.

That’s what freedom feels like to me.You disagreed with my statement "cashflow is useless until retirement" statement because you can use it for unemployment or other investment opportunities.So if you become unemployed and your minscual $1000 isn't cutting it, that's because you took 250k and locked it up.

Plus the added tax benefits to support my current situation ($120k a year as a "single" person with "0" dependents Uncle Sam definitely gets his cut) A home my family and I could use in the off seasons on vacation plus creating a unique experience with lifelong memories for our guests sounds great to me, regardless of whether it cash flows.

If they get a percentage of the monthly cash flow, won't that cut too much into my profit?
