There are plenty of legitimate private lenders and hard money lenders out there. 

You can join a syndication group and help with various roles, such as asset mgmt, underwriting, and you do have capital to invest as wellGood LuckGino

We all joined STR because of the cash flow, so why would anyone choose STR over LTR if it doesn't flow.

I see that there’s a bunch of websites out that do that but you have to pay for the search and are they a legitimate site?

We are in Indy though... we've joined the CIREIA just a couple of weeks ago and are planning to reach out to some apartments that allow arbitrage.

In that regard Zapier offers an application called webhooks that has support with Lodgify, however there isn't for Rategain(Channel Manager). so I seeking towards finding ways to join both channel managers to benefit both of two worlds.
