One of the nice things about BiggerPockets (IMO) is that we try to focus on people interacting with one another.

You also have the interaction of the other condo owners ad the Board.I would determine how many condo's are in foreclosure, and how many are not in foreclosure but are behind in the condo fee's.You also want to determine what percentage of the complex in owner occupied and rentalTake a look at the budget and reserves.

Hello Ayaz-I couldn't agree more with Robin and the others- There are plenty of books, seminars, and courses on real estate investing but as far as real-life interactive forums this BP website is an incredible resource.

i'm especially interested in meeting solid turn-key folks who specialize in working with out-of-towners.... definitely PM me if this is your business....aside from all that, i'm in my 30s and work as a software engineer (web, databases, etc) for a small interactive company here in new york city.

Also, while you can build a huge website and pack it with a lot of content with XSitePro, I wouldn't recommend XSitePro if you want to build a portal website.A portal website would normally invite members to participate and interact with each other.

I am a hard worker and have always enjoyed the daily interactions of conversing with people. 

For the most part I don't interact with FSBO too often.
