This way the inspector can test everything out properly .so youd have to have it under contract with a contingency figured in for home inspection to do this before youd actually own it .

Took our PM inspector until this past Tuesday to do an initial inspection because she kept making excuses to not let anyone in.

Perhaps a nice 1950's built bungalow.Always hire a 3rd party property inspector to give you an unbiased feel for the home.

The inspector will find and make note of every little imperfection.
