It’s important to know the large population of the world outside of Florida that really wants to invest money here in what’s becoming known as America’s playground. a lot of these countries are having a hard time purchasing property in the United States for various reasons so we have to think about the future as some of these policies are lifted, and we are open to a more global base.

That would be a level of anarchy and chaos in global markets the likes of which nobody has ever seen.

A concern I have at this time is that overall the market is slowing here on O'ahu and with some US and global economic challenges, it seems like there will be better investing opportunities if one is patient.

Globalization kept costs low for a long time...nationalism has the opposite impact. 

Couldn't tell you what the value for it was during the run up as the owner got it for 74k in 1999 and then the bank took the property and sold it for 61k in 2009 and then that owner sold it for 50k at the bottom of the market in 2012.We'd need another global economic collapse to erase 90% of the value of a property, and even that is an outlier.

The underwriting will be focused on the PROPERTY as opposed to your personal global cash flow.
