I've had transactions with "homeowner" specials that you just shake your head --- and they call it pride of ownership :) lolI'm not "anti-town" or "anti-gov" but sometimes the system is silly.

@Aaron Washington The main reason people are booking STRs over hotels is EXPERIENCE.Anything and everything you can do to create an experience is where you should be headed! 

I suspect the agents viewed you as a RE pro who can do  a net sheet in your head in 5 seconds like I can.. no need for any explanation..
