The two cities are fairly close geographically, but the markets, demographics, etc. are so different.

also the work order invoices can be looked up (very annoyingly) on their "Web Portal" and after i have done all that, the description is "repairs." no other information can be found about the work order.

Today I screened someone who fits the above description, and I find myself wanting to turn her away too, even though she wasn't convicted.
