Can of worms... and a field day for lawyers that sue syndicators.. is what I read into this.

Robotics and the internet of things is the best solution and will hopefully bring Z generation into the construction field-they are a go getter generation and think more pragmatically than Millennial and X.

Trying to gain any knowledge in the field on Real Estate.

Holding tanks are cinder block. 1 aeration pump a blower and the lagoon is actually across a business highway into a farmers field.

BiggerPockets is great to learn more about other real estate fields as well.

There is football, baseball, etc...

@John Warren no I’m surrounded by corn fields, closest metro hour is at least 2 hours from me.

Person or Company should be LIHTC qualified, or have experience in the field.   

I will admit now that my profession combined with my expensive market can force me out of buying properties anytime soon, but my motivation and interest in this field has overcome that fear.
