I was having problems mitigating a roach problem in adjacent unit, and the reason i finally realized her less than desirable living habits were creating a roach breeding mega heaven, and incidentally discovered the above mentioned stuff...any small crack or hole in by an electrical outlet plate, had the most vile and gross path of roach feces, full on super highway paths of roach feces into any possible wall void.YUCK!!!

@Ethel WeaverUnfortunately a lot of shoddy owners/contractors will just replace the old wiring behind the outlets and not all the way back to the box like it is supposed to be done.

I had this vacant that just wouldnt move and got terrible feedback until I rented some furniture from a rental place (for 3 ms - $1400), and then I came in and put up some paintings (from home), set up a a bottle of wine with some glasses, put some flowers out, candles...etc.

You might be fine if an outlet in a bedroom doesn't work for years but that doesn't make a tenant nit picky if they ask you to fix it.

It's now somewhat more diversified with the largest medical center in the country, several universities, a huge variety of retail outlets and restaurants, the dwindling space center, tons of construction, etc.Still, folks are getting nervous as oil prices plummet and companies begin the inevitable rounds of layoffs (yes, it's already happening).
