It doesn't make sense to partner with complete strangers on the internet that are mores likely to use your money and screw you over.

For sale by owner and seller finance is completely different. buyer/tenants don’t always have bad credit.

Every system you try will have flaws or you'll salivate over a feature that shows up in other software.

I think this way of thinking is a bit foolish and can leave thousands on the table.When I'm looking to process a renewal, whether for my own investments or for my clients, I start by completing an analysis on the tenant.

I guess this also depends on how many rentals you have and what features you require in a PMS.

We went all in on renovations—tore down a chimney to open up the space, put on a new roof, installed HVAC, updated floors, and completely redid the kitchen.

This means they will have practically complete control over whom to rent, how much to rent for, and how much to charge for repairs, etc.

I was going to use the “find a lender” feature on this website but I’m Canadian so it doesn’t look like it’s open to us. 

Basically completed just needed some clean up from construction, so to be expected. 

A helpful trick is to completely ignore the rents the buildng comes with and figure out the actual market rents you can get.
