The key, imo, will be to keep an eye on NYC residents entering the NJ home buying market.

Cincinnati/Northern Ky has both sides to this coin, but I am taking, in my eyes, the more promising way, and smarter way, to invest in better areas that don't look great at the start but go up.

We use CompanyCam for this, that might be something that will help you catch things that are missing as well as making sure things are done correctly, whether you are there personally or reviewing remotely.
