I realized and embraced the fact that the majority of the population trades time for $.  

After I read it I knew I ultimately wanted to develop beautiful property that embraces the environment while providing unparalleled simplicity in the way it is used.

Trying not to get overwhelmed with all the info, trying not to let all the "shiny things" get to me, and trying to embrace the education stage without letting it become inaction. 

Credible applications hit in good numbers and it was rented within a week.I am a commuting hub to NYC and we are seeing a lot of people fleeing the urban areas of North Jersey, Brooklyn and Manhattan for healthier, open space.

I could not only share my experiences (along with other operators) but also learn from others - all this could not only help unique ways to keep our seniors healthier in our homes.

@Mindy Jensen  ya that's a tough one expecting the brokerage community to embrace you when you want to pay 2k BAC on a 700k deal... of the public just see's their stuff on line tells their agent I want to see that house.. and agent is stuck.agents won't show their listings if they have a choice I am sure of that.But it is Ameruca so free enterprise at work.
