As someone else pointed out, it doesn’t have to be the greatest deal for it to still make sense!

This will maybe be market specific but I’ll ask you and anyone else that is not a Realtor on here: (Let’s say that your home is worth $500k right now in its current condition) And I offered you $510k : would you take it? 

Tell us more about financing the down payment…did you use family/friends or a HELOC on another property or something else? 

Did you have an agent or someone else do a walk-through for you?  

I know that everyone's time is valuable so I would love to take you out for a cup of coffee if you are local to Boston or maybe help you with something else like technology, RE and etc.Thank you in advance 

If your property looks better than everything else, unless everything else is trash (and even then), the market dictates the rent. 

Does anyone else get daily calls from different people saying they're from Home Buyer's Inc interested in purchasing your property? 

I find that when most people have a system with their name they just rebranded a system from someone else and found a way to get gullible new people to pay them for it. 

I got lucky and rented the developers house :) I also owned 4 rentals in Patrick farms just across the street north of Reunion.. if you are dead set on MS thats what I recommend anything else you invest in going to be a crap shoot at best.

Or I get "We have no activity, we need to lower the price"Not once did I hear anything else, nor a suggestion, nor a change in strategy.
