I have been living in Hudson Valley for about 10 years and ready to press the start button for my first house/ duplex/ triplex… to eventually turn it into a fully rental property.

Currently working my way up the investment ladder and my goal is to eventually acquire some rentals of my own in the Mid-West.

Eventually you want to have enough passive income to quit the hustle of being an agent. 

Eventually the rent will go up and you will cash flow.

Thank you for your response, My current income is about 75,000 a year, My credit card debt total is approx 40,000.00 which consists of 2 car payments and medical expenses. about 6000.00 of it is money I loaned or I guess gave to family and friends, Not to mention the cash I have loaned or given away, I am going to stop being a leech and start to put my needs first, I will get there eventuality!!!

In any case, it seems to me that you're a smart guy and that, eventually, you're going to end up finding your own deals as you go.

I had no idea how to take an action on this, and the property eventually sold.
