If you're thinking about moving into it in the future and having the family right there, that's a completely separate thing for you to weight versus just comparing strict investments. 

I too have ran a dummy ad on craigslist, and I did not know if that had any weight with anyone until know.

RE investing is a relatively new dream as I was taught in my formative years to work hard for the “man” and max out your 401k to reach financial independence while my husband was raised in a more real estate minded family, so we make a good mix.

I would recommend having some weight and breed restrictions if you are renting out a smaller apartment/house. 

That day I stopped dreaming .I decided to break the money barriers in my family ,take risk ,and invest because no one is coming to save me .

And never buy new vehicles, use credit cards, or buy that “dream home”.

Like all of you, I dream of attaining "financial freedom" and after doing research on the many different investment paths, I have been convinced that RE investing is the best option.

Give value here and you’ll get more in return then you ever could dream of.I would encourage you to not waste to much time on “finding the right mentor” or things like LLCs and stuff like that.
