need a great team and PM2. do not buy the cheapest thing because the numbers look the best balance that with quality3. if you can choose a market that you enjoy visiting that is great as well. not all markets are all that keen as destinations Good luck

Ricky LeeI have been following this thread keenly and i am happy that you have found something to start.Wishing you the best, but don't give up on wholesaling.You may still try it out in future when you have saved enough and no in a rush to make money.

But being a pilot and being real keen on the 787  and knowing what would happen once the battery issue got sorted out.. that was not a big leap for me.then Mercedes Volvo and Charleston being a destination for many.. it seemed logical to mewhen you land at the airport and see 30 787 lined up you get a good feel someone has to build those suckers.

It is more secure, instant and easier to pay everythign online but the USA doesn't seem keen.  

Thanks Vikram...honestly I'm not really keen on the whole idea either and I don't do it with my portfolio.

However the competition is so keen as to be really a non starter unless you have 5 to 10 million liquid or more...stick to the carolinas is my advice
