Wholesaling is about as difficult a way to get started in this business as I can imagine.

I work a very time demanding job and it has been very difficult to work on my wholesaling business. 

There are some pretty rough west side neighborhoods in Cleveland that are not quite as brutal, but still difficult none the less. 

I was able to finally purchase the list but obtaining owner’s information is difficult here where I am (CA).

Their policies are full of legal and industry terms that can be difficult for the layperson to interpret correctly.

The biggest issue that came with this method is that it still works great for VRBO, but now after an AirBnb booking I have to ask the guest for their email to get this process started.Zapier is also monitoring for the returned signed RA and that point then sends out all the info the guests needs for their stay.The rest of the email automation is handled by the PMS.My biggest pain, is when I get a difficult guest, or when things break mid stay.

It wouldn’t be too difficult to draft up but figured I’d ask if anyone already had something similar they use as I already have a tenant I need to get something over to.  

Very difficult to cash flow at all.

I think in Austin, you could find solid young professionals, but a lot of owners of room hacks/house hacks find it difficult to separate owner to tenant and co-tenant relationships.
