I paid $20k and had to replace everything except the well, foundation, septic tank (but did replace the leach field), wiring, and most of the framing.  

That price included pumping, chemically treating, and ultimately collapsing the septic tank, directional boring 3/4 of the way around the house (.39 acre lot), two cleanouts installed, and he even removed a damaged cast iron stack pipe which had cracked in my foundation and updated it to PVC at no charge.I gave the overpriced $4,000 water equipment to a friend who had suffered from hard water and haven't had an issue with my new city water/sewer setup yet.Contact me if you'd like to chat further.

The foundation of the house is solid, but it looks like the garage floor was attached to the outside of the foundation or poured at a different time, because it sank.  

What if I still have my inspection contingency in my highest and best, and they sent me the seller addendum and I sent an inspector and he figured a foundation problem, would it still be bad business if I did not sign the seller addendum?

If its the foundation issues then I would seek out an engineer or foundation company to get bids.
