However; what you can do is look up the number of permits that are pulled from the building department, most cities have that online now. 

Call your city's planning department, ask for the planner of the day and pepper them with questions.

Can anyone recommend any attorney's that specialize in helping property owners win cases against Department of Neighborhood Services violations that they write up, and summon to court?

We are really good at review - we typically have internal accounting departments at our clients looking at our work and other big 4 firms looking at our work (sometimes the partners in the deal are big pension funds and institutional investors who all seem to use big 4).

On one hand we have a full fledged active company that requires employees in the following departments; marketing, sales, maintenance, HR, property management, administration & customer service.
