Added a bathroom in the basement and moved my room down there.I haven't done a lot of research in Brantford yet, but just from checking MLS every few days for the past year now, I've noticed places identical to mine selling for 25-35k more than what I purchased it for.

I have a few master keys from landlordlocks that look identical and I can't tell them apart on my keyring.  

The person that I bought the 4 plex in Tucson from actually owns another identical 4 unit property right next to the one he sold me.So every once in a while I would see the guy as he fixed things and collected rents from his tenants.

I look for the most identical properties I can find that have recently rented in the immediate neighborhood.
