You'll be fighting an uphill battle if you don't conform with these codes. 

But the cynical side of my brain knows the worst flippers out there will find a workaround for it and continue delivering low-quality flips to unsuspecting buyers. 

During my meeting with L&I, I learned that the application will continue to be sent back for revisions each time an issue is found, without full review upfront.

Or maybe the software(s) I've used don't really generate much fluff, haha.Just my way of setting someone up to be the best prepared they can be, even if our relationship doesn't continue to the next year for whatever reason.That being said though, I think there is a bit of a stigma when it comes to # of pages on a tax return and complexity.

@Jackie Liu you probably have enough info to deny their application, but if you want to continue to try to approve:1) Ask applicant for copies of their lease(s) to support they've been there for 4 years and who PMC is.2) Get 2023 W-2 to see what address is on it3) Ask them to obtain and provide you with their FULL electricity account history.

It is going to get worse, plus the carriers are aggressively fighting it. 

Only people to fight me on this is the ones who sell them.

@Nathan Gesner Not trying to pick a fight here…you’ve posted 26,000 times I don’t care to go back through your posts to find one in 2023 that’s consistent with what we both agree on….that 100% anonymity is not achievable.
