Same crew, only difference was they didn't use scrum.So far all the deals I've done I've fixed up myself, but I would like to start using contractors and was contemplating the idea of "Scrum" and the "great groups" mentality to get the job done.Any thoughts?

I am not particularly fond of college and am unsure that I even want a career pertaining to Political Science.Now on to Real Estate: I am interested in Real Estate and a possible career in RE, and I am contemplating putting my degree on hold in order to take the necessary courses to become a licensed agent (I live in California).

I've also contemplated offering my experience and knowledge to other investors for property & building systems evaluations/ assessments/ consulting (Energy Efficiency/ Advanced Operating Strategies/ IAQ/ DDC).

If it's worth more than is owed, why would the bank even contemplate a short sale?

I kept contemplating keeping both properties here however I decided to lessen the headaches and sell both properties, use capitol to ease the move and then use the capitol to start investing with local investors in NC to start learning as much as I can.

I listen to the podcasts daily, and I plan on purchasing Landlord on Auto-Pilot, among a few others.I think I have a pretty decent understanding of finding deals and deal analysis (other than rehab estimating), so I'm trying to hit my biggest deficits.I'm contemplating The Book on Estimating Rehab Costs, but I'm curious as to how effective it will be for me, who wants to be a buy and hold investor.

I think we can contemplate why the SF crowd and NYC crowd are so similar and adamant about convincing themselves that uncertainty is really certainty.
