Anyone in the community who is already operating STR in the Westchester county area who can share their experience with starting a STR specifically if any particular permit is needed to operate such a business out of an owner occupied residential unit?

Utah is one of the most expensive states in the country.Not only that, but there's a robust wholesale community here which makes finding distressed and discounted deals hyper competitive.

Some lenders offer this option, while others might prefer to handle each property individually.It will come down to the lender’s criteria, such as combined value, rental income (if applicable), and your financial profile. 

I’m working on building strong relationships in the local REI community and learning what experienced investors are looking for.
