With the market being the way it is right now, the houses in my price range are over priced and still need work, which I'm not sure I can manage at the moment, and the houses that don't need much work, new cabinets or floor, they are going way above asking price.

But when you can create new versions of the plans in minutes and play with sizes of the rooms, closets, hallways, reposition your kitchen cabinets, vanities, showers, etc -- you can find ways to use your space with more efficiency than you ever thought possible.
