Work two jobs, one for at least 2 years (stable employment with health insurance), the other could be temp jobs, or a side job working overnight in a pool room in a decent neighborhood (or something like that).Pay for sack lunches, homemade dinner and breakfast, car insurance, an inexpensive car with a good A/C and heat, holiday gifts for favorite relatives, and stay with parents for free (or a very small charge).Parents hate you and say you can't live there, get a cheap room in a nice neighborhood with similar aged people.Bankroll up your cash reserves as much as you can.Read Rich Dad Poor Dad.

Here you come along with a nice juicy Chicken melt bacon sandwich slobbered in bacon fat, and you ask these 10000 starving people: "Who Wants This Sandwich?"

I have no understanding how this wouldn't result in nearly all Short Term Rentals looking to reclassify themselves as "bed and breakfast" to dodge the tax.  

The modern styled dining room area overlooks a beautifully renovated kitchen, refinished countertops, brand new appliances, drop-in farm style sink, classic subway tiles and breakfast bar.

Using it saved my bacon on my first potential guest who was not a travel medical professional - just someone new to town who needed "temporary housing".
