They have a lot of little shops here and there and the whole place is walkable to the nth degree.

I've seen it time and time again where an investor rate shops only to get a horrible experience and the deal fall out, only to go back to square one and find another lender that can perform. 

It was a brewery, then it was most recently a thrift shop.

I was introduced to the short term shop real estate team in Gatlinburg and I might make a purchase there first.

I would shop property management to confirm that they are offering everything you are looking for and giving you the most bang for your buck.

You can also shop around insurance, different providers often give very different quotes.
