Either close on the property or sell your contract and you're done.Obviously there are several steps that can come between or be added to what I listed but my list is the basic process.Make sense?

Plumbing can mean tearing out walls to get the plumbing in, drains, vents, and water plus you would be adding places that could leak and cause a big inconvenience should the new plumbing fail anywhere affecting all units and tenants.

A 2.5 would work if it has a good finish(for scratch resistance such as Aluminum Oxide or Ceramic Bead) Grip strip is not the easiest product to work with if you are a beginner.
