I think less people living together means less chance of having a party...Check with the city to see if there are any limitations- I recently found out that we can't rent to more than 3 unrelated adults, it is against code.

I was in the Navy, we had a 1 week money management class right after boot camp and another 1-2 hour training every year and it didn't make any difference. people's money habits are either ingrained while growing up as a child from their parents or relearned as an adult due to making bad decisions for several years.
