For tenants with a bank account, I recommend an online payment (Automated Clearing House, or ACH) solution.

What sort of medicine are you looking to practice?

I do plan to redo the entire bathroom with new  tiled shower/glass door, tile flooring, medicine cabinet. 

What about asking for a copy of the prescribers medical license to practice medicine in the state you are in .

Bad part about it is that ACH payments take a few days to a week to show up.

Also replaced their cracked bathroom vanity and decomposing medicine cabinet, and the tenant seems to be much happier.  

You must be good at it as well as the business aspect of medicine if you have multiple clinics and other dentists who work for you.

I have another full time job as a physician and am not interested in leaving my practice yet, but I'm looking for something else that will generate a cash flow and allow me to get to financial freedom within the next couple of years so that I can practice medicine on my terms and not on the insurance companies.

Not to say it is easy or not without head aches but everything is!
