What area ar you seeing all these foreclosures?

What I see after years of being in real estate investor forums, is a lot of misguided people, IMO.

Hi @Robert B Azimi,A home that has been registered through The Mills Act, can be rented out the same as any other property, and it can even increase rental revenue as there are people who really like the thought of living in a historic house.

Contractor is telling us that it will smooth out once the sun hits it. 

I do a lot of searching through the MLS and county records, and come across these fairly often, but am curious as to who/what they are.

Deals like this are absolutely achievable with the right knowledge and approach.Imagine what could be possible for YOU in 2025.

Another option is to sell one or two of them to pay off your LOC and then keep just one.
