Seeing how these porcelain (infused with plastic} planks are installed, I don't see how the floor could be waterproof, as it seems moisture could easily slip through the crack between the tiles.

They said furniture/beds should never be moved without covering them in plastic wrap, as the bedbugs would drop off and spread if you dragged infested furniture through a house or hallway.My fiance's niece works for an exterminating company and they have 2 of those dogs.

They even preferred that bath over the one that had tub, with subway tile around the tub (rather than a plastic surround), and the main bath also had an upgraded maple vanity with granite counter top sink with matching mirror (floor was almost identical to the other bath).So the bath with more $$ into it got less bang than that cheaper powder room conversion - it's crazy, unpredictable and very hard to gauge what a buyer will be attracted to sometimes.
