Calling a painter with a few square footage measurments can get some solid numbers.

Since I'm often painting at those times it is no extra work to go up on a ladder (or have my painter do it).By using LED bulbs I also eliminate the need for tenants to have to replace them because they last so long.

Hi Tim, I'm here in Salina and can give you some references to certain sub-contractors that you might need: Exterior painters, Tree Guys, Carpet installers etc that I use that are reliable and cost-effective.  

I understand its very dependent on your contractors and subcontractors and also your track record but before I get on the phone and tell my painter he must be dreaming I wanted to do some research on general prices people are paying.

I know a good and affordable painter too!
