I came back completely impressed with rich cultural heritage, and at the same time came away very shocked at the condition of residential buildings and dirty streets (I found Rome & Florence pretty clean), but other parts of Italy, dog poops every where...ugh.

In the Everett area market, this is one of the cheapest deals to get into a home, however when I ran the numbers for a house hack, they look awful.
