holy dung, that's a lot of house for little money. i'd love to redo those wide planks. tthis  house looks like it stepped out of 1802.saw some of your other pics on FB, great job on doing working on those kind of projects.i love the "bid lower as you go" technique... sounds exactly as what i do!!
