What tasks would you have them do if you were to hire one?

Hi all, For a rental home, tenant says bathroom floor keep getting wet, even though it is small amount. at first, they thought they dropped some water. after wiping water, however, it keep coming back and now they think there is some water leak. my plumber went to check and found no issue with bath sink. he thinks it must be shower leak. the shower was redone last year by a contractor, who i ended up firing since he did not show up to work later. anyway, i hired water damage restoration (Servpro) company to check how much damage there is now. unfortunately, based on my research, it is very hard to find source of shower leak. i am thinking of rebuilding shower. i hired a kitchen remodel contractor and he gave me two options; either fix shower pan only, or (optionally) rebuild shower as well. 

They create the team and a plan, acquire, due diligence, take care of loan products (If needed), oversee construction/renovation, hire property manager (or run in house management,) take care of accounting/taxes/K1s, deal with closing or refinancing.An LP (limited partner) just puts in the funds (after hopefully vetting the GP and team) and keeps fingers crossed while earning mailbox money. 

There are also many others, such as hiring kids.

Is it a multifamily or single family you are planning on using as air bnb?

Due lots of due diligence before hiring your next brokerage.

Because I live across the country, that would have cost me a lot to hire an electrician or handyman to buy and install them all.

If this does not fit your specific needs, I recommend just buying Salesforce off the shelf, paying less per month, and hiring a consultant to build it to your exact specifications for a fraction of the cost. 

I plan to hire someone to do the renovation, but I planned on coming up with some sort of vision for them to go off of.
