We bought it knowing that we would move on and it would need to be a great rental.Once we bought the first place and saw the potential the bug bit us. 7 houses (8 in march) in 4.5 years and we are forming an empire that will allow us to hopefully early retire early when my husband can from the navy in 14 years (god/navy willing)2) types of finance or loans did you started off with.We started out with a VA loan.

There is a HUGE amount of thoughtful work put into the site from both the site creators and the community at large.If I had internet god powers, I would add a vote based ranking system to the BP forums like on Reddit, Quora and Slashdot, which would create an hierarchy of where replies to posts rank so that their was a more visible reaction from the BP community of the validity of responses.

I don't know why, but I recommended on of my Rent to Own/ Agreement for sale tenant buyers in the Edmonton Area to use Barry M, BUT my god did he ever charge her an arm and a leg, and generally  delayed things, in what was a time tested agreement I have used previously in other situations.We ended up getting the deal done, But not before he took a big chunk of my tenant buyers money in legal fees.

They only deal with metro's where they can establish a physical presence and actually take part in the local market.That being said there are members that snowbird to phoenix from Canada and other areas.

If you're sending them a few letters, combined with social media campaigns for a few weeks before you door knock, your time will be much better spent because you are seen as a consistent presence who is their to help and they have an idea of what your company does.
