As agents we all the know the risk of working on a deal and you get a sale fail and you don't get paid its happened to us all.. or your once best friend you hauled around to show houses for 3 months buys a FSBO and can't understand why your upset.... civilians just don't understand the industry until they walk in our shoes..

Mack Campbell i think that building a buyers list is definitely important, but even more important is to go out and get a good deal, if I were in your shoes I'd go out and find a good deal, and believe me if it's truly a good deal the buyers will be chasing you, or you could always post it here on BP in the marketplace.Good luck,David
