The trade off of putting yourself at risk and using a one page contract that is certianly going to be ambiguous and incomplete to establish basic legal requirements for a marketing advantage .......is.....is.....wait, I have to find the right word........it's.......I don't think there a one descriptive word in the english language that accurately describes such a notion......all I can think of is ....it's NUTS!
