This confirmed my notion that hiring a GC to learn from would be a wise choice because this is our first flip project.

I'm still under the notion that I will try to salvage this without forcing it in anyway.    

I recently visited the area and I got the notion that there may be too many rental offerings and not a proportionate  demand.

The notion that you can leave the care of the sick in the hands of for profit health care insurance companies is just, well, nuts.

I'm of the notion that wide, flat white sand beaches suitable for beach activities is preferred, whereas the rocky coastlines in Cali and Maine are breathtaking, they just are very utilitarian for families with kids that want to play on the sandy beaches.  

I don’t subscribe to the notion that the older marketing options are obsolete, however, I do believe that they take more effort and for referrals to be made; good quality work and a solid reputation must go hand and hand with them.

The trade off of putting yourself at risk and using a one page contract that is certianly going to be ambiguous and incomplete to establish basic legal requirements for a marketing advantage .......is.....is.....wait, I have to find the right word........it's.......I don't think there a one descriptive word in the english language that accurately describes such a notion......all I can think of is ....it's NUTS!
