Hi Juan,  our townhomes are actually in Pea Ridge, but that wasnt a choice when I was selecting a nearby town..:-)  

It's a land development deal in Mustang Ridge near Austin.

I like the sample I got from floor and decor which was the mountain valley waterproof laminate 12mm but friends are suggesting using something like cashmere oak ridged core lvp with cork backing which is 6.5mm with a 22mm wear, again I have no experience with either so your opinion is appreciated.

If you're willing to look far enough I am hearing good things about Bay Ridge in Brooklyn or if you go north Yonkers, New Rochelle etc.

Lookout, Norwood, Deer Park, Pleasant Ridge as some areas to look into.  

I love anything Desert Ridge area due to the easy highway access and great schools - plenty of families who will rent for the long term after you leave as well.

Me and my family would be househacking with an FHA loan so direct mail is harder to do since the properties are usually in a less than livable condition as required by the loan.As I grow into an actual business I think Reading, Pleasant Ridge, Wyoming, and areas like that have awesome value, but for me and my family personally we are not a huge fan of the super dense neighborhoods.

We have been curious about and STR condo / SFH due to its (a) proximity to mission ridge, (b) families wanting a place with a pool.
