Best/worst markets?

It is certainly something we've discussed a lot as we intend to get married, but want to try and maximize any sort of benefits we may have single first.

What sort of loan products do you have available in Puerto Rico? 

Lowering prices on slower days can fill in the gaps, and it’s also worth setting longer minimum stays in advance to mitigate low booking volume over time.In my experience, mid-week travelers are usually on the road for work—client meetings, interviews, conferences, that sort of thing.

This way we could even do some sort of hybrid seller finance until loan assumes kind of deal, or am I just completely wrong in all of this?

Lots of syndicators raise all sorts of capital from Docs just to push all the risk onto them and leave them high and dry.
