I had the piano lady who disappeared, the women who wanted to live hear despite over an hour commute, I suggested she check out the train first and  the one whose family talked her out of moving out of their house.

it was with that women whose husband had interest only mortgage on it...

@Dee Cee If you do go that route try to find one that is specific to realtors, women etc.

Maybe I will see you in late night infomercial as the next real estate guru superstar...sitting by a pool surrounded by beautiful women (LOL).

Both times those women figured out what to do with a household full of stuff and where to stay and were gone before the scheduled date.  

When I was working on a close-in rental women with strollers would walk by, stop and chat.

I have two women full time on payroll and I keep them very busy.  

And women's products, even if purchased by men like perfume, probably won't work....
