Anyone having some small cabin, tiny house, cottage that are in that size realm as I would love to get feedbacks on what would be too small ?



The fees are tiny compared to the fees charged by most mutual funds.

Assuming the average household size of 2.47 per the census data for the Austin MSA, that equates to 27,205 new households transplanted.  

It is supplied by a MUD and I have approval for 20 tiny home and a facility for laundry machines.

(I used to have nannies as household employees.)  

But a reverse into a MHP with improvements, or tiny house campground like we did last year can be great for adding those living units. 

There are 5 touch points.  1 is the initial posting on the door - (some leases will allow tenants to waive their rights to a 10 days notice - for late rents) or a 30 days notice is required on a MTM lease. 2 is the magistrate filing (about $150 to $175 - depends on how much is owed, and how many people on lease or you'll have to write "Et tal" after 1 name to cover the entire household when you don't know exactly who lives there. 3 is going to court - the local magistrate will mail you a date and time to appear.  4 is waiting the 10 days after you won possession.

The property has room for two to four cabins or tiny homes.

If it’s like a MN farm it will be a tiny percent if it’s only housing or a section (640 acres) but a much larger percent if it’s housing plus grain or machinery storage on a quarter (160 acres) usually 3-10 acres can be included with the buildings if it isn’t production land. 

I also worked in the university writing center both during my schooling and a little post graduation, so I'm fair on the English end (so long as I'm using a full size screen and a real keyboard- thumbs and tiny letters do me no favors).I have worked off and on in home repair/renovation for family for most of my life (houses ranging from new construction to a 160 year old victorian).
